Accusations of racism are not always appropriate. They may paradoxically generate a complex psychological reaction in the wrongfully accused person that leads him to accept genuinely racist ideas. About the existence or non-existence of human races scientists are not unanimous. The real problem is not if human races exist or do not exist, but that any eventual racial differences are not a pretext for discrimination and oppression. Indeed, if human races exist, the different natural skills of the different human groups could be a resource for all mankind. Obviously, the necessary condition would be the inter-racial collaboration. The problem of cultural diversity is different. Cultural diversity is not an absolute quality, but a measurable quantity, which theoretically may lead up to problems of cultural compatibility.
